# Awning

> Book local services, classes and rentals — hair salons, massage, yoga and fitness, tutors, courts, scooter and boat rental, tours — on the web or straight from an AI assistant. Businesses set up their page by talking to their own assistant; Awning checks and publishes it.

Awning is a public catalogue of small businesses that sell time: appointments, classes and rentals. Every business page shows services, prices and live availability, and takes bookings without an account. Assistants can do the same through Awning's MCP server.
